개인정보처리방침 (한국어)
HSM GROUP LLC(이하 “회사”)는 Twokeep 앱(이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 촬영한 사진은 회사 서버로 전송되지 않고 이용자의 기기에서만 처리·저장됩니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목과 목적
앱은 로그인 없이(게스트) 모든 촬영·편집·저장 기능을 이용할 수 있으며, 게스트 이용 시에는 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 이용자가 선택적으로 로그인하는 경우에만 아래 정보를 처리합니다.

앱은 촬영·사진 저장을 위해 기기의 카메라와 사진 보관함 접근 권한을 요청합니다. 사진과 카메라 영상은 기기 안에서만 사용되며 회사가 수집하거나 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 앱 언어 설정은 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱은 광고 목적의 추적을 하지 않습니다.
2. 보유 및 이용 기간
로그인 정보는 회원이 계정을 삭제할 때까지 보관하며, 계정 삭제 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보가 생기는 경우 해당 기간 동안만 보관합니다.
3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 단, 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않는 경우 로그인하지 않고 게스트로 이용할 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 모든 촬영·저장 기능을 그대로 이용할 수 있습니다.
5. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
앱 시작 화면 오른쪽 위 계정 아이콘 → 계정 삭제를 선택하면 본인 확인 후 즉시 계정과 로그인 정보가 삭제됩니다. Apple·카카오 로그인의 경우 앱과의 연결도 함께 해제됩니다. 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다. 이미 기기 사진 앱에 저장된 사진은 이용자의 것이므로 그대로 남습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요구하거나 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 앱 안의 계정 삭제 기능 또는 아래 문의처로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만은 로그인 없이 게스트로 이용해 주시기 바랍니다.
8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
모든 통신은 암호화(HTTPS)되며, 계정 정보는 접근 권한이 제한된 Firebase 서버에 보관됩니다. 비밀번호는 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

10. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 공지합니다.
Privacy Policy (English)
HSM GROUP LLC (“we”) operates the Twokeep app (the “App”). The photos you take are processed and saved only on your device; they are never uploaded to our servers.
1. Information we collect and why
You can use every capture, editing and saving feature as a guest without signing in, and we collect no personal information in guest mode. We process the information below only if you choose to sign in.

The App asks for Camera and Photos access to take and save your photos. Camera images and photos stay on your device; we do not collect them or store them on any server. Your language setting is stored only on your device. The App does not track you for advertising.
2. Retention
We keep sign-in information until you delete your account, and delete it without delay when you do. If a law requires us to keep certain information, we keep it only for the required period.
3. Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law.

If you prefer not to have your information transferred, you can keep using the App as a guest with every photo feature available.
5. How to delete your account
On the start screen, tap the account icon (top right) → Delete account. After you confirm your identity, your account and sign-in information are deleted immediately, and the App’s connection to your Apple or Kakao account is revoked. Photos already saved to your Photos library remain yours and are not affected.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, at any time through the in-app account deletion or by emailing us. We respond without undue delay.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (under 14 in Korea), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Younger users can use the App as a guest without signing in.
8. Security
All communication is encrypted (HTTPS), and account data is stored on access-restricted Firebase servers. We never collect or store passwords.
